We believe that a compelling narrative is fundamental to meaningful cultural experiences and we get inspired by working with clients to develop and share their story through site-specific experiences. We invest in getting to know you to fuel the creative process and express the nuanced relationship between people and place.
Our design team brings together creativity and expertise from a wide range of fields. We specialize in interpretive design, exhibit design, brand interpretation, environmental graphics, art curation, donor recognition and community engagement.
Our build team includes a network of manufacturers, fabricators, builders, installers, and tradespeople. We specialize in developing functional and beautiful spaces that work for the people who use them.

Ferruccio Sardella / Principal
Ferruccio is a Toronto-based multi-disciplinary artist that thrives on building nuanced relationships
with people and place and then manifesting them in art and design. He is a diligent researcher and his work has the ability to both reflect and establish context. Ferruccio’s work reveals an intuitive understanding of how art can play
a vital role in creating inclusive
and beloved public spaces.
Peter Gucciardi / Principal
As founder of DIS Digital Imaging Solutions, Peter is an accomplished leader with over 20 years of experience in large format graphics, fabrication and installation. As a production design team director, he is a specialist in creating solutions that brings together design, functionality and beauty.
Peter is also committed to leading-edge technology that ensure innovative results.
Valerie Lotto / Finance Director
Valerie is a CPA, and has been a CA
for almost 20 years. She has built her knowledge base by working as an auditor of a wide range of manufacturing organizations along
with being an Assistant Controller in
an international organization. Valerie specializes in delivering complex projects on budget.
Tina Coke / Project Director
Tina is extremely knowledgeable in all facets of our business, and has excellent communication skills. She takes pride ensuring projects run smoothly from start to finish. She has extensive knowledge of materials used in fabrication, allowing her to make best choices for clients, even on complicated, in-depth projects.
Rocky Manserra /
Production Manager
Rocky has worked on projects in
the arts and culture, sciences and education sector for over 25 years. He specializes in implementing
large scale projects, navigating
the complexities of artistic exhibits that feature innovative fabrication and installation exceeding
client expectations.
Matt Duni / Production Designer
Matt has worked as a graphic and production designer for four years. He can clearly translate client’s ideas and concepts into useable, practical and impactful designs. He is experienced in taking designs from concept through to final production.
